Our technical support services will help the user solve specific problems with a product but could also provide training, customization, or other support services. We offer technical support for any products we have experience with, and for other products as requested. Technical support may be delivered over the telephone or online by e-mail or a web site or a tool where users can log a call/incident.
Our technical support uses a multi-tiered approach, in order to better serve our customers.
This is the initial support level responsible for basic client issues. Our specialist will gather the client's information and determine the client's issue by analyzing the symptoms and determine the underlying problem. Once identification of the underlying problem is established, our specialist will begin sorting through the possible solutions available. We hope to solve the client's problems here before finding it necessary to escalate the issue to a higher level.
This is a more in-depth technical support level than tier one and therefore cost more due to the technicians being more experienced and more knowledgeable personnel on a particular product or service. Technicians at this tier are responsible for handling the most difficult or advanced problems. The individuals that handle tier two support are experts in their fields and are responsible for researching and developing solutions to new or unknown issues.
This tier represents an escalation point beyond our organization. These problems are generally moved to a hardware or software vendor.
